Very convenient location to Harrah's casino and event center. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Quiet too for a Friday night stay. They offer a decent complimentary breakfast too.
The room was freshly renovated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The free breakfast was just ok, but nothing to write home about. Overall value for the room was well worth the money, and we will most likely stay there again in the future.
Need higher standing Toilet. Great location on first floor to access my car when needed. Easy check in. Needed a lighted parking lot at night. H11944435 iternary number. Will come back on future trip.
Easy check in. They were on the back end of renovations so a little underdone for the price but close to everything and service staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.
After reading the reviews, I was a bit concerned about staying here, but I have to say it was a really nice place to stay. My partner and I had been in Cherokee and needed a room so we booked this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was really a quiet hotel and I think we will stay again the next time we are headed to Cherokee.
We had a nice stay. Rooms were clean and staff were always friendly. Breakfast was nice and hot and well stocked. The pool was clean. Coffee/hot chocolate table was available 24/7. The only issue we found was the tall dining chairs were about to break it felt like. Need some new ones. This location was really close to the river and food places.
Great value with clean rooms. The pool could use better maintenance but for the price you can't expect a 5 star hotel. Solid deal when the casino is busy and the rates there or at the Fairfield are through the roof. Good location close to the casino and the shopping district. Would definitely stay here again under the circumstances. Front desk gentleman was friendly and accomodating.
It was a pretty nice room and had a good bed to sleep in. It also had plenty of USB ports on the nightstand. The staff was kind of friendly but not great. Every other hotel we stayed at on our week long trip allowed us to park our motorcycle under the canopy but they wouldn't allow it there so we had to park in the parking lot in the rain. I wouldn't say they are exactly motorcycle friendly based on that.
It was very nice! The beds are comfortable, just a little bit high (I'm 4'11" tall ).
Stayed there about two weeks ago on a trip through the Smokey Mountains. Our room was excellent and front desk was helpful. Breakfast selection was pretty well limited to waffles and cereal, and the breakfast area room temperature was very chilly.
